Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Hi,
I am a pro se litigant and want to send the defendant a request for admissions. Must a request for admissions be notarized by the party it is served upon?
Thanks.

No. You should check the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure for more information about requests for admissions and discovery rules.
