Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Hi,
We're planning to make a website where people could send a voice greeting card to the mobile phone of their friends, with pre-recorded funny message, joke, song, congratulating with various holidays like birthday, christmas, halloween etc.
Users enter their friend's phone number, make a small payment and then the voicecard goes to the recepient.
I wonder, is this legal? Which laws and acts regulate this? Can your company help me to write a complete user agreement for such website?
