Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Illegal car?
I bought a car around eight moths ago and still havent recieved proper plates for it. I went out of state to visit friends and family before bootcamp and they towed my vehicle because the temporary plates were expired. Is there any way I could sue my car dealership?

Re: Illegal car?
Why was the license plate late? Is it the fault of the dealership or the fault of the state? Did you ask the dealership for a new temporary tag? Dealerships are usually pretty good about that.
I think you'd have a pretty tough case suing the dealership when you were the one driving the illegal car.
