Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Hi,

I saw an infomercial on TV about get rich in 14 days John Alexander real estate,whichI used my credit card to purchase 3 books on real estate for 199.00 when I got my statement there was a charge for 5,738.00 I contacted my credit card company and they dispute it it took 1mth then this real estate company said to my credit card company its final and I was left to pay this huge charge I am seeking legal help.Please let me know.

Now you know how these "get rich quick schemes" work. You will need an attorney to fight to keep this charge off your account. Don't pay any more money till you have an attorney give you a legal opinion, after applying the law to the facts of your case.
