involutary deductions from paycheck
If a credit agency wins a judgment, can they have it deducted from your paycheck, the same way the IRS or child support is taken out?

Yes through garnishment.

In florida -- not usually. there are limitations on the ability to garnish wages. for instance, if you are the head of a household, you cannot garnish wages.
