Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Sent two items - paid for one
I ordered an item through a company (~1000$) - they sent me two by mistake while only charging for one - am I obligated to return the 2nd or can I give it away (brother)?
Can they call me in 6months and say they found out and want it back or want $$ (Can they file any charges in such a situation)
So far they havn't said anything
I appreciate the help (still debating with my ethical side)

Call the company, get a prepaid return authorization.

Re: Sent two items - paid for one
This seems to be a common sense question which tells you that you should send the product back since you didnt pay for it.
