Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
If I am late paying my Credit Card through a certain Jewelers company are they still under obligation to honor my service plan with them?

It depends on the contract(s). Under normal circumstances, breach by one party alleviates the other from performance. That said, I don't know if there is two seperate contracts or other facts relevant given the brief description. I will say that if you were late but then paid and the company accepted payment then breach is normally deemed waived and the contract proceeds as normal. Hope this helps.
