Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
what laws or recourse do I have if there is not a written contract for purchasing cars and over $10,000.00 was given, deposited into a bank account, withdrawn and spent for other items. There is however, a letter terminating this agreement due to lack of correspondence and suspected cheating...which is the case. What laws protect me to prosecute the matter.

With what little you wrote it is hard to offer specific advise. Please give a more definite description of the term of your unwritten understanding. Fraud, conversion, embezzlement, criminal fraud, and theft by false pretenses are just a few of the possible bases upon which to sue or bring criminal charges.
