Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I leased a car on 12/16/12 my credit score is 693. however, back in september i did a short sale on my home. the dealership ran my credit thats how i knew it was 693 and gave me the new lease. on feb.1st i get a certified letter from toyota that they want the car back. i have a contract from 12/16/12. the dealership never followed through with the toyota finance company who is refusing to finance the car. i did speak to the dealership and they said that if i gave them 25% down that toyota finance would finance the remainder of the 75%. what is my options this seem so unfair. i have a legal contract thats over 60 days old.
