Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
If I am leasing a car and cannot made the monthly payment that eventually they dealer reposses the car. I am loosing the downpayment and all the previous pyments. they got it all.
Should I pay additinal fees or charges????

You must pay all fees and costs under the contract, including repossession fees.

You should check your agreement with them. If you return the car early and in accordance with the contract, you may be able to avoid any repossession fees.
