Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I have left a car for cosignment with a dealer. The car was working perfectly. He could not sell it for the price I wanted, so i went to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, the car would not start. Dealer cehcked, said the fuel pump went bad, want me to pay to replace it. Am I liable for this?

Unless you can demonstrate that the dealer broke the fuel pump on your car, it is your car and you are respnsible for the cost of repairs.
