Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Is it legal?
When ordering a product on the web, is it legal to include S & H when figuring out the amt. of tax to add? I know labor isn't taxable so I thought maybe S & H wasn't taxable either. Thank U in advance..P.S: Sorry to type my subj. in caps but lower case wasn't readable....

Tax should not be levied on shipping.
