Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
my legal rights
I recently purchased a car from a dealer. After I signed the paperwork and the financing was approved, I have had the car for approximatly 2 weeks, the dealer called telling me I have to return the car as the finance company changed their mind. Can they do this? I want to keep the car.
