Legality of application fees
Is it legal in the state of florida to charge an application fee? For example ... A non refundable fee to see if you qualify for credit at a ''buy here- pay here'' car lot. thanks baddd610

I do not know for sure, but unless there is a local, state, or federal law prohibiting such conduct the it would be permissible.
