Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
lemon law
I purchased a 2002 Chevy with 33,000 miles about 2 weeks ago, it is still under warranty for 3,000 more miles. It is having some major problems, I am afraid I have a lemon and have been ripped off at the full knowlege of the dealership. Is there a lemon law in FL? If not what are my options?

Re: lemon law
The "lemon law' applies to new car purchases. You will have to prove liability on the seller's part and your resulting damages to prevail.
