Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I live in a building with 13 apartments and have a problem with my mailbox, because the owner of the building does not provide an individual mailbox, or with a key to its residents
And for this reason we have no way to prove our address. And the post office to deliver Reject correspondences in this address, all correspondences sent to this address, are returned to the sender.
I would like to know what are my rights and what are the steps that can be taken thank you
this is the address for the mail to be checked: 1545 Drexel ave South Beach Miami - 33139 - FL

Are you living in a group home? If not, you should have your own individual address and box. You can request this from the apartment owner, but I don't know of a way to make him do it except to give him a strong lawyer letter. Perhaps the home is not a licensed apartment property? There are many "maybe"s to this situation.
Go to the post office and see what they suggest also.
