Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I live in an over-55 community. My husband passed away in February after an extended illness, during which time my daughter and grand-daughter (age 14) lived with me and still do (their finances are extremely limited). According to the rules and regulations, "no guests under the age of 18 may spend more than 30 nights in a six-month period, per by-law addendum 6-14-90," and I have been so advised by management today that this cannot continue. If I list my unit with a real estate, will this legally allow them to remain here until the unit is sold?

depends on your rules, probably not, so try to work it out with management
