Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I live in the state of florida and I need to know what happens if you do not pay back an online cash advance. They work like this they take from your checking account for the repayment first they take $75 a month for the first four months then they take $75 plus $50 on the fifth payment the $50 is toward principal and it goes on like that until the loan is paid off this is an example of a loan of $350. I am on social security disability and have been told they can garnish my disability check.

It sounds like you agreed to pay back the advance from your checking account, regardless of the source of your income. You should read through the agreement carefully. There is generally a maximum amount of interest that can be charged, a usury limit, which varies by state.
