loan liability
If you co sign a loan and say the other signer/person is driving and gets into an accident are you then liable if the other party sues.

If your only interst in the vehicle is as a co-signer, and yoiu never drive and claim no ownership interest and the car is not in anyway titled in your name,you probably have no liability. You probably need to consult with counsel.
