Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Loan Repayment?
I loaned someone a good sum of money and we never had a signed contract or anything. Just a verbal agreement. In two years, He has not repain a dime of the money i loaned him. Do I have any recourse without any type of contract in place?

Re: Loan Repayment?
You can sue. The difficulty will be proving that you had a loan and what its term was. Try to get things in writing in he future.
