how long until I am evicted
I am divorcing My husband has taken all the money. Rent was due Jan 5th. How long until I am evicted?

As a practical matter, probably a couple of weeks. Go and see the landlord and try to work out something to avoid the legal process, which is not good for you and may make you responsible for legal fees.
Work out a time to leave. Be proactive -- don't just wait for the eviction suit.
