Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I made an agreement to perform at a fashion show on a certain day and paid the fee of $75, first the day of the fashion show was put back, and I didn't feel that was a problem, now 2 days before the fashion show the host changes their mind about host a fashion show and is now doing a talent showcase, which was not the agreement. And I refuse to do a talent show when the original agreement was a fashion show, but the contract says all pay is final between both parties. Shouldn't I be able to get my $75 back?

Yes. I suspect all payments are final for the fashion show.
