Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I made a verbal agreement to sell my doublewide trailer in a trade for a camper. After I picked up the camper and the guy had doublewide delivered to his property he decided he did not want to do trade. We did not sign titles over, was suppose to meet this weekend to do. He is now threatening to call his camper in stolen. Should I return the camper and call my trailer in stolen?????????

Do these need registrations? Anyway, an oral agreement is fine. Do not compound the situation by doing something sutpid like saying the trailer was stolen. How do you explain the situation to the police without ultimately being arrested for making a false report.
