Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Manufacturer's Warranty
Is a phone system reseller compelled to pass on the manufacturer's warranty to the purchasing customer?
Is it illegal for a reseller to sell a phone system with a 1 year warranty and then charge the customer for additional years of warranty when the manufacturer already provides a multi-year warranty on the equipment.

Re: Manufacturer's Warranty
We'd need to look at the terms of the manufacturer's warranty to see if it applies to you. I'd also have to research whether FL has a statutory provision on this.
