Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I have a membership at a local gym. in the exercise room there are nine fans. everytime that you turn on the switch 3 of the will turn on. i suffer from migraine headchades and the fan is one of the causes of my migrane. i ask the manager of the gym if the could keep the one closet to me off and the rest on . she refuses. she said if the majority of the people at the gym wanted the fans on they need to stay on. i pay my membership like everyone else why i dont have the right to keep one of the fans off if it bothers me. anyway the gym have also air conditions so all of the fans on was not necessary.
