Microdermabrasion Scarring
I signed up for a package of laser hair removal & microdermabrasion. For the micro they had been using a crystal machine, which I explained to the manager that I was not seeing results. That did not matter to her. They recently got a diamond machine & the 2nd time they used it on me, they scratched my skin & now I have scars on my legs. They supposedly have a no refund policy. What can I do? Am I able to get more than just a refund?

If the scars are permanent you may have the basis for a claim, depending on what information you were provided or signed regarding the risk of this injury in the first place.
