Mismarked Price
Does a retailer have to sell you a product at the price marked?

If it is marked incorrectly, then no. If the Corvette somehow ens up with a price tag that says it is for sale for $10, then it is an obvious mistake. If nopt an honest mistake, however, the failure to sell an item as advertized could be grounds for a false advertizing claim. Bait and switch is a "no-no."
