I brought a new 2008 boat the engine was supposed to be a 2008 also. the bank loan paperwork has 2008 for the boat and engine. the dealer paperwork just says new engine new 2008 boat. I just found out it is a new 2004 model. I paid for a 2008. what can I do

You may have an action against the seller for fraud or breach of contract.

If you can prove that the boat that was sold to you as a 2008 model was a 2004 model, you may be entitled to multiple remedies, including, but not limited to, rescission of the contract. First, however, make sure that you have adequate proof that the boat is from 2004 and that the price reflects that. Afterward, contact an attorney. Good luck.
