Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Mold on Burger
My friend and I were eating at the cafeteria at University of Tampa today and before eating a burger we had got, we discovered it had a small bluish spot on the bottom. We want to know if there is any legal action we can take agaisnt Sodexho or UT?

You have no damage. You can get a refund for the sandwich, but without any damage, you have no suit to bring.
