Money returned for service not provded
I paid a personal trainer in advance for 20 sessions. After 6 of them I was not satisfied with her. I asked her to refund the balance and she has refused. Do I have a legal claim in small clains court?

It depends on the terms of your contract. Many contracts like this are nonrefundable.
