motin to stike judgment
in pb county agreed to stip, file closed, making payments on the stipulation, plantiff files summary jidgment, claim did not receive a payment( i have proof of paymnet certified mail and copy of money order...What is the proper filing to court to reverse judgment

File something with Court asking Judge to vacate Judgment in light of all payments haveing been made. Make sure to request a hearing on the Motion or request that you file.
