Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I just moved into a trailer park this month just found out there was is currently a bed bug problem my landlord is refusing to handle the problem. I stay in Orlando Florida. 83.51(2)(a) Florida statue code says landlord has to take care of the problem do rented trailers fall under this?

As long as the trailer is not your property (as in you are renting a lot and parking your own trailer there) then the law applies to you. The landlord must take care of the problem and abate (stop charging) your rent while you are out of the residence for the extermination.
