Moving Company
I hired a moving company in July 2007 to move and deliver household goods and furniture. I slept on a hard floor for 5 weeks due to their lies aand promises. When my house so to speak everything was damaged which I made a CD of. I know my request is late but I can explain. I took this company to the BBB,consumer affairs and Department of Transportation and this company didn't even respond. They have a black mark with all agencies. They lie about their existence of doing business and violated the laws of a moving company. I can supply witnesses

The BBB can't do a thing. I think that you will find that the paperwork you signed in hiring the company and then acceptiong the goods, screws you. The federal statute (Carmack Amendment) really restricts your rights here.
