I want to know where I can go to find out the names of all defendants listed in an indictment? The plaintiff is the FTC v. Fidelity ATM, Inc. filed 11/29/06 possibly updated or ammended on 12/19/2006. Docket case number 9:06v81101 Judge Daniel Hurley in the US District court southern Dist of Florida

You can obtain a list from the court through the US Pacer system. You need to locate the district court's website and follow the links to get a PACER ID and then you can download documents.
