Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

National/State Regulations regarding casino marketing/advertising

I work for a company the conducts customer satisfaction surveys for casinos loacated throughout the US. These surveys are sent nationwide via USPS and e-mail.

My question is: are we obligated to include 'help' information for compulsive gamblers (such as hotlines) on our survey materials? This can certainly vary by state, but I think since our materials go to all states, they would all need to meet the same basic requirements.

We do not advertise by sending surveys but they do go directly to casino-goers. Some of our clients offer a chane to participate in drawings as an incentive for respondents, and I would figure that in those cases, information regarding compulsive gambling would most likely be required on those materials.

If you are able to provide any information on this, or at least information on your own state's regulations, it would be most helpful and very much appreciated.

I'm not sure what area of law this fits into, and Consumer Protection is my best guess.

Thanks!
