Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Negligence with Food Preparation
I prepared a frozen chili product in the microwave and began eating it only to find large chucks (1/2'' long to 1/4'' thick) of plastic when I bite down on one. I do believe at one point I swallowed a piece of this before I realized what it was. Would I have a claim for damages?
