Neightbor dispute/consumer rights
A tv got broken by a friends daughter while in my daughters care.I agreed to pay half the cash cost of the rental and put it in my name.the company has a 6 mos same as cash policy.My half of the tv is paid but my friends have not paid any.The contract I have with the rental company says the set was a new one and was suppose to be delivered to my home.The company never picked it up and never delivered it to my home.and they are aware that it was broken .I also have a signed agreement with the friends that they would pay half the cost of the set .I have kept up me end of both of the contracts .

Whether you can hold the company to your contract with your friend appears to be the issue here. And you can't. You can contact us if you want assistance working this out.
