nondisclosure of damage on a new car
Purchased a new car for $14900 which was damaged during transport, dealer repaired damaged door for $480 and did not disclose information prior to sale. Purchaser discoverd above fact 6 days after purchase. Does purchaser has the right to ask for the money back or a new car ?

Re: nondisclosure of damage on a new car
If the damage (which does not at all sound to be of any real significance) affected the value of the car, you would be entitled to that amount.
