Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I have been notified by phone that my deceased husband won a large prize from Publishers Clearing House and that to claim this prize I will have to go to Bank of America or Wells Fargo and deposit a 1% registration fee which will be refunded to me in 24 hrs. after my check is delivered. Could this be real or are they trying to scam me?
The person claims to be from The Consumer Protection Bureau?
