Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Hello,
I JUST HAD A OIL CHANGE FROM JILLY LUBE ABOUT TWO WEEKS A AGO, AND I STARTED HERE I KNOCKING SOUND IN THE ENGINE, SO I TOOK IT TO AUTO SHOP AND THEY TOLDED ME THAT I DIDNT HAVE NO OIL IN THE CAR. NOW THAT I HAVE THE OIL CHANGE I STILL HERE THE SAME KNOCKING SOUND , WHAT I CAN I DO?

Probably what happened is the first company forgot to put oil in the engine and this ruined the engine. See a consumer lawyer.
