Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
online sale
Bid and purchased recreational lot of land in Maine on Ebay website. Never received paperwork and filed a dispute with ebay. Seller claimed he would mail refund out. Never received. Now, I get no responses. Have sellers information-address, cell #. What recourse do I have for him cashing my check but not delivering my item I purchsed?

You have a classic breach of contract case. You are apparently in KY and the property is in Maine. If the seller is in floride, you will need a florida attorney. don't delay.
