Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
The online shoppinf refuses to sell by the price they announced
I live in Brazil and I bought a notebook at an online shopping from the Florida State. The product was announced by the price of R$ 0,00 (The shopping sells to Brazil, so they they made a version of their website in Portuguese and announced the products using the brazilian local currency).
I made the order, placed credit card information and received a confirmation email of the order. Later, the store sent me an email informing my order was canceled.
According to the brazilian consumer laws, they are obligated to sell the product for the price they announced, even if it was hugely low by mistake.
What can I do to receive trhe product?
