Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

I ordered a set of custom wheels through a wheel distributor (Custom Wheels Inc located in Tennesee) online. I was required to pay the full price ($2700). The charge on my credit card has appeared and was paid. Now, it appears, the custom wheel manufacturer has gone out of business with out providing the distributor the wheels that I ordered and paid for. Do I have any legal recourse to collect anything from the wheel distributor? If so, how to proceed?

Thanks

Contact your credit card company and tell them that the wheels you ordered and paid for never arrived. They will reverse the charges. If you ordered from the distributor, they owe you a refund. If you ordered direct from the manufacturer, then the distributor owes you nothing.
