Paid in full but never rec'd wedding video
Can I take a ''photo studio'' to small claims court for never receiving our wedding video. I've called several times but I think they closed up shop because I call and the number has been disconnected.. I paid $500.00 for the video in question. What can I legally do..
Thanks!!!

Yes you can but if you sue for a breach of contract only then you will be asking the court to give you your $500.00 back. Therefore, when you sue, ask for a replevin as well so that you can actually get the negatives or pictures, so that you can have some memory of your wedding.
