Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

My parents vehicle has been repossessed illegal because dealer said they were making late payments. They were making their payments. There nothing on the contract that said the car can be reposed if there was late payments. Only if there wasn't any payments made. What type of lawyer do they need for this case.
