Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
third party shipping
I placed an order for gold coins with
company 'A' in California and signed
via electronic signature, agreeing to
certain terms. The actual shipment
(shipping label) was received from
a company 'B', also in California.
There was a problem with the coins
and they were returned immediately. There are refund disputes. Is my electronic signature
which I gave to company 'A' binding,
even though the shipment came from a company 'B' I had never heard
from?? (shipment was received in
Florida)
