do I have to pay an invoice for service I didn't legally agreed to

It really depends, and your question is almost impossible to answer without further details. For example, if you accepted and benefited from the services you received, even if you didn't legally agree to them, one could argue that you would be responsible for payment. If you rejected the services and received no services or benefit, then perhaps you would not be liable for payment.
