Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida

Phone purchase

I called on the phone to place an order with a company. I changed my mind on a certain item so I called back to change the order. When I went to pick up my order from the company the rep had written on my receipt who do she think she is this was in reference to me changing my order and signed her name Do you thing I have any legal recourse against this company for this employees smart remark.

A judge would probably toss your claim. Complain to the company and get on with your life; this is not worth more time.

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. You can probably file a complaint with customer service. You have not demonstrated any damages as a result of this action so I would not expect anything other than perhaps a polite apology.
