Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
Is there anything I can do if the photographer has lost pictures of the bride and her family and
bride with bridesmaids. This is my only daughter and the wedding was very costly. These famly
pictures can never be replaced.

Unless there is an agreement otherwise, you may be limited to the cost of the photographer. I would have to research to see if negligent infliction of emotional distress applied. But this tort ususally requires a physical injury, such as some form of emotional distress. Want to know the law?
