Legal Question in Consumer Law in Florida
I don't know if I'm at the right place to ask a question or not.I recently divorced.I changed addresses. My ex has kept important mail,I didn't receive my renewal for
my daycare CDA,renewal for vehicle tags, credit card ,etc.I talked to our mail carrier,
on 2 seperate ocassions. She told me to put in an address change form again.I did
this and wrote a note telling them that I wasn't receiving my mail.Well my ex just
sent me one of my credit cards opened, and he put it in another envelope with a note.
I want to know if I can sue the post office ad my ex?I have done everything the postal
people wanted, that still hasn't seemed to have helped. This has been going on for about a year now.
